Hala was truly exceptional. We interviewed three potential real estate agents to list our family home, and Hala was the only one who had a positive perspective, immediately seeing our home’s unique selling points. She also presented a market analysis that was spot on, adding that she has an extensive geographic reach to prospective buyers looking to move into the area. Plus, she made the necessary cosmetic changes that other agents only told us what we should do.
We, the sellers, live out of state from the property and relied on Hala for keeping us informed of offers, and any concerns from prospective buyers. Tim was absolutely terrific. He helped me and my wife and another couple find a house in the Poconos to share, and was level-headed, perceptive, and a pleasure to work with. Our budget was definitely on the low side but he treated us as well as if it was five times as high. He was able to quickly spot potential issues with homes, give us realistic expectations, and help us navigate a tricky situation with a seller who was having second thoughts. We were lucky to be matched up with him, and I encourage anybody looking for a home in the area to work with him.

We had the pleasure of being assigned to Hala when we inquired on a Zillow home. When it comes to customer service, we do not believe anyone could match her commitment. The market is tough right now, the area we were interested in had few homes come on the market, we changed our minds on location hoping to find the perfect place more times than we want to admit. Never once did Hala show frustration.
Hala was always open to show us a variety of properties that helped us to better understand what did and didn’t work for us. She also provided us with opportunities to explore several communities so that we could make sure that the location we selected would suit the needs of our family. She often gave us great information that helped us to make good choices and more importantly, to avoid poor ones. The neighborhood and house needed to meet our expectations. Hala wasn’t just interested in selling us a house, she worked really hard to understand what was important to us and assist us in finding it. There were times we would walk into a home and she knew instantly it wasn’t the right fit for us.
With the area we were interested in and the distance from our home (2.5 hours), Hala would also save us time by scouting a house for us. She understood the importance of time and not making a wasted trip. She would research the listing, the area, the rules, fees, etc. and advise us if it met our requirements or not. for us it was just as much about the neighborhood as it was the home itself. Hala was not just our realtor, we consider her a trusted advisor.
From an entirely different perspective, she also has a great personality and wonderful sense of humor. We also enjoyed her company.

Let me start off by saying in today’s market it’s not easy by any means, you need a realtor on your side that goes above and beyond. My fiancée and I were looking to do an FHA mortgage but no one would even consider our offers. Every home we submitted an offer on that was well above asking price, we continually got turned down for conventional mortgages or cash offers. We reached a point that we were so exhausted and fed up that we felt like giving up. As a last option we decided to take a look in a different area all together. This is what led us into meeting Hala. To cut to the chase the first home that we had submitted an offer on with her wound up being the one that we closed on due to her expertise and skills in this market. She was very outgoing unlike any realtor that I have ever met/talked with. Nothing was impossible and she went above and beyond to give us the best chance on our offer. It was a blessing that we were able to meet such a passionate person that took the time to listen to us and make sure that our family got the home of our dreams.
